The Marketing Studio pane

Marketing Studio bundles two everyday jobs into one pane. Open it from the command palette (Open Marketing Studio), open the marketing pane, or the Marketing Studio starter recipe.

Enter a URL and hit Audit (the desktop app fetches it; in the web build, paste the page HTML instead). You get a 0–100 score and a checklist covering:

  • Title tag length, meta description length
  • Exactly one H1, plus section headings
  • Images with alt text
  • Canonical link, Open Graph (og:title + og:image)
  • Structured data (JSON-LD), and /llms.txt for AI search

To Writer drops the full report — score, table, and a fixes list — into a Writer document so you can work the issues.

Fill the destination URL plus utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign (term and content are optional). The tagged link previews live; Add collects it into a list, and Copy CSV puts the whole batch on your clipboard for a bulk upload. Existing query parameters on the URL are preserved.

Draft a post, pick a platform (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Mastodon — with each one’s character limit enforced), and optionally set a schedule time. Publish hands the post to a Publisher agent, which sends it through the platform’s official MCP tool and confirms the exact text with you first — so connect that platform in the MCP Manager beforehand. Nothing ever posts automatically or through an unofficial API; the pane only builds and queues the post.

Frequently asked questions

Does the SEO auditor need the desktop app?

Fetching a live URL works best in the desktop app (it fetches through the local engine, no CORS). In the web build, or for any page you can't reach, paste the page's HTML instead — the scoring is identical.
