Update Mastery HQ

Mastery HQ updates itself: it checks for new releases automatically and, when one is available, shows an Update Available — Install now button in the top bar (and on the startup screen). One click downloads, installs, and restarts the app. Your workspaces, layouts, keys, and agent profiles are untouched.

Steps

  1. Click Update Available — Install now when it appears.
  2. Wait for the download — the app restarts itself into the new version.
  3. Confirm the version number bottom-left of the startup screen (or Settings, bottom of the category list).

If no update button appears

You’re on the latest version, or the check hasn’t run yet — it runs on launch. Restart the app to force a check.

If it didn’t work: updates require an internet connection and access to the release server. See Troubleshooting updates (coming in the next docs batch) or report it via the Feedback button.
