Known limitations
Mastery HQ’s policy is no fake buttons and no pretending — here’s what’s knowingly not there, with the reason.
Music & media
Section titled “Music & media”- Spotify waveform isn’t beat-synced. Spotify’s audio-analysis endpoint returns 403 for this app, so the play-state waveform is a generic visualizer, not an analysis of the actual track.
- TV has no program guide (EPG). Channels play live without schedule data; EPG is deferred.
- TV channel availability varies. Public iptv-org streams are geo-blocked or offline at the source sometimes — Retry or switch channels.
Streaming
Section titled “Streaming”- Streamlabs mic mute isn’t wired. SLOBS audio addressing ships only after it can be verified against a live install; scenes, Go Live, and Record work today.
- The privacy scene guard is OBS-only for now.
Agents
Section titled “Agents”- Aider can’t view images in message mode, so its attach control is disabled by design.
- OpenRouter windows are chat-only — no file access, tools, sessions, or attachments (HTTP backend).
- Video attachments aren’t supported yet — images only; video handling is planned honestly (pass-through where a model supports it, frame extraction otherwise).
Platform
Section titled “Platform”- Windows-first. macOS/Linux polish intentionally trails until the Windows experience is complete.
