The Backlog pane

Open with open backlog (or the toolbar). Every idea gets a numbered row with the date it arrived, a priority, a synopsis, a category chip, and space for links — so nothing evaporates between sessions.

  1. + New idea adds a row; write the synopsis and set priority.
  2. Paste reference links straight into the row.
  3. Filter narrows the list as it grows.
  4. Promote sends an idea to its own Sprint Board — from there, cards can be dispatched to agents.
  • Priority is a quick triage signal (Low/Medium/High), not a scheduler — the list keeps your entry order and numbers stable.
  • Backlog contents persist with the workspace, so each project’s ideas stay with that project.

Frequently asked questions

Backlog or Sprint Board — what's the difference?

The Backlog is where ideas wait: cheap to add, easy to skim. The Sprint Board is where committed work moves through columns. Promote turns one into the other when an idea earns it.
