The Backlog pane
Open with open backlog (or the toolbar). Every idea gets a numbered row with the date it arrived, a priority, a synopsis, a category chip, and space for links — so nothing evaporates between sessions.
Working the list
Section titled “Working the list”- + New idea adds a row; write the synopsis and set priority.
- Paste reference links straight into the row.
- Filter narrows the list as it grows.
- Promote sends an idea to its own Sprint Board — from there, cards can be dispatched to agents.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Priority is a quick triage signal (Low/Medium/High), not a scheduler — the list keeps your entry order and numbers stable.
- Backlog contents persist with the workspace, so each project’s ideas stay with that project.
Frequently asked questions
Backlog or Sprint Board — what's the difference?
The Backlog is where ideas wait: cheap to add, easy to skim. The Sprint Board is where committed work moves through columns. Promote turns one into the other when an idea earns it.
