Command Center dashboard

The Command Center answers one question: where did my agents’ time, output, and money go — and what did I ship? It is read-only insight; nothing here changes your workspace.

Open it from the left toolbar, the command palette (“Open Command Center”), or by voice (“open dashboard”, “show my stats”, “where did my time go”). Like the Benchmark suite, opening it full claims focus and tucks other panes aside.

The panels

  • KPI strip — Ships, Active agent-time, Spend (est.), and Success rate for the selected range, each with a coloured icon badge and a green/red delta versus the previous equal-length window.
  • Where the time went — active agent time split by work area (coding, design, marketing, social, writing, research, ops, other) across the range.
  • What shipped — a feed of artifacts your agents produced (websites, images, videos). Click a row to open it in the matching preview pane.
  • Leaderboard — ranks activity by Agent, Model, or Project (toggle in the header). Click a row to filter the whole dashboard to that agent, model, or project.
  • Spend by model — estimated cost per model, priced from the OpenRouter catalog (local CLIs are unpriced). Click a bar to filter by that model.
  • Reliability — clean vs. rate-limited vs. failed runs across the range.
  • Automation — how much ran itself: loop passes from refine-until-good loops, how many cleared the bar (converged), and council runs from the Model Council.

Range & filters

Pick a time range (1h, Today, 7d, 30d, Month, Year, All) and optionally filter by agent, work area, or model. Your selection persists across restarts. Export writes the current range to CSV.

How the numbers are gathered

Every agent run records a metric event when it finishes — duration, an estimated token count, a derived cost, its work area, and any artifacts it produced. Raw events are kept for recent history and folded into daily rollups beyond that, so totals stay correct without unbounded growth. Everything is an estimate where labelled; treat spend and tokens as directional, not billing-grade.
