Files and Deliverables
The Files window is where everything a workspace produces can be found and opened without knowing a path.
Deliverables
Section titled “Deliverables”The first tab. Pick a project (the one with the newest file is selected for you) and you see every file its agents wrote, by path inside the project folder:
- Click a file to open it inside Mastery HQ. Pages and sites open in the Browser window, served from their own folder so their images and scripts load. Images land on the canvas. Video and audio play in the player. Markdown and text open in the Writer.
- Status. Generated marks media a directive produced; written marks everything the agent wrote itself. A by
pill names the window whose run wrote the file, read from the manifest each agent leaves and from what changed during its run. - What the agents say they made. When a project was started from a brief, each agent finishes by appending a line per file to
manifest.md. That list appears at the top, in the agents’ own words. - A review score on every text deliverable. When a project started from a brief finishes, each page, document, code or data file gets one judged pass against the brief: a score out of 100, the defects found, and pass when it clears 80 with nothing blocking. Improve sends that critique back to the window that wrote the file (the one named on its pill; the first window on the project when nobody is named) and re-judges the file when it replies; Re-judge grades it again; Judge all scores the whole project. Images and clips are not judged. The judge is a CLI you already have, Claude Code first.
- Finished-looking files. When a project started from a brief finishes, every Markdown deliverable also lands as a styled DOCX and PDF beside it, and a deck page as a PPTX, with the project’s brand colour on headings. The DOCX, PDF and PPTX buttons on a file write one on demand.
- Open folder shows the project’s folder in Windows Explorer.
The list refreshes on its own while agents work.
The other tabs
Section titled “The other tabs”Screenshots holds rectangle captures. Images, Video, Audio, Sites and Docs list every file of that type across the workspace, projects and shared folders alike. Drag any item onto the canvas to preview it, or onto an agent window to attach it.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my files?
Open the Files window (the wrench group on the left toolbar, or say "open files"). The Deliverables tab lists every file the agents wrote for the selected project. Open folder shows the same files in Windows Explorer.
What do 'generated' and 'written' mean?
Generated files came out of a media directive (an image, a clip, a reel); they live in images/, video/ or audio/. Written files were produced by the agent directly: documents, pages, code, data.
Why is the list changing on its own?
While a project runs, agents keep writing. The Deliverables tab refreshes every few seconds so you never have to.
