Why Mastery HQ

You want to Accelerate with AI.
Not have more bad AI software.

Coding agents got good fast. Working with several of them did not. Every problem below is one you already have — with the part of the real app that removes it, on video, beside it.

The juggling problem

“I have six terminals open and I’ve lost track of which agent is doing what.”

Agents are windows, not tabs.

Every agent gets a named window on one canvas — its own backend, its own folder, its own conversation. You see all of them at once, arranged the way you arranged them, and the app never rearranges your layout behind your back.

  • Alex fixes the login bug while Maya writes the API docs and a third runs the suite.
  • Agents remember who they are between sessions — history, specialities, assigned repo.
  • Address any of them by name from one command bar: “tell Alex to run the tests”.

The ten-step problem

“Agents are brilliant for one prompt and hopeless at a ten-step job.”

Pipelines that plan, build in parallel, and get judged.

Graph and Super Loop modes run staged pipelines — plan, build in parallel, integrate, check, document — with a judge that sends targeted fixes back rather than starting over. You approve an estimate of cost and time before anything begins.

  • A budget you set, and a gate you acknowledge, before a single token is spent.
  • Refine-until-good loops for work that needs another pass, not another prompt.
  • Every stage visible while it runs, not a black box that reports at the end.

The babysitting problem

“I spend more time supervising agents than doing the work.”

Hand out cards. Let the crew run the sprint.

Put work on a Sprint Board, assign it, and a multi-model crew — Orchestrator, Specialist, Judge — works the board. Or just say what you want: Hermes understands the workspace and routes the task to whoever has done that kind of work before.

  • Plain language in, dispatched work out: “get the tests fixed”.
  • Consequential actions ask first; everything lands in an Audit Log.
  • Promote an idea from the backlog straight onto a board when it’s ready.

The vendor problem

“Every model claims to be the best. On my work, who actually is?”

Make them compete, then keep the receipts.

Run one prompt across several models at once and have a blind judge rank the answers. Then turn that into a repeatable benchmark on your own tasks — so the model you use is the one that earned it, not the one with the loudest launch.

  • Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Grok, OpenCode — side by side, same workspace.
  • Local models are first-class: Ollama, LM Studio, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
  • Switch vendors without switching tools, because none of them own the environment.

The bill-shock problem

“I find out what I spent when the invoice arrives.”

Spend, speed and reliability on one board.

The Command Center shows ships, spend, speed and failure rates across every agent and project, filterable, while the work is happening — not in a monthly summary you read too late to act on.

  • Per-agent token counters as runs happen.
  • Run outcomes recorded, so you can see which agent keeps failing.
  • A full Audit Log of every consequential action, by whom.

The alt-tab problem

“Half my day disappears into switching windows.”

The things you reach for are already on the canvas.

A real browser, thousands of live TV channels with a full guide, a music studio, device previews at true handset size, and an AI news radar — all panes in the same workspace. Not links that throw you into another app.

  • Watch the match, or the news, behind your work — full-screen or as a pane.
  • Preview your app in an iPhone or Samsung frame, or the built-in Android emulator.
  • Hand any web page straight to an agent without copying a URL anywhere.

The on-camera problem

“I’d record my process, but my API keys are on screen.”

One switch makes the whole workspace stream-safe.

Streaming Mode masks secret-shaped strings at render time and swaps to a layout built for an audience. Your stored data is untouched — leave the mode and everything comes back exactly as it was.

  • Masking happens when it draws, so nothing sensitive reaches the capture.
  • Built for OBS and Streamlabs, not bolted on afterwards.
  • Teach, demo, or record a client walkthrough without a pre-flight checklist.

The afternoon problem

“Every new dev tool wants an afternoon before it does anything.”

Downloaded to working in about a minute.

A setup wizard detects the agent CLIs you already have, and installs the ones you don’t — the app brings its own Node runtime, so there is nothing to install first. Windows-first, native, and fast because it was built that way rather than ported.

  • One click adds an agent CLI, with no prerequisites on your machine.
  • MCP servers configured once and written into six CLIs’ native configs.
  • 103 pages of help inside the app, plus tutorials that use the real UI.

Before you ask

The things people check first

Short answers, because these are the ones that decide it.

Does my code leave my machine?

No. Agents run locally as CLI processes on your computer, against your folders, with your keys. Mastery HQ is the environment around them, not a proxy they talk through. Choose a local model and nothing leaves at all.

Am I locked into one AI provider?

The opposite — that is much of the point. Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Grok and OpenCode run side by side, and local models via Ollama, LM Studio or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint are first-class. You bring your own keys, so you keep your own pricing.

Is this a subscription?

No. A Founder licence is a one-time payment and every future update is included. Prices rise as each batch sells out, so the earliest buyers pay the least, permanently.

What happens when I hit a rate limit?

The app cools that account down, switches to another you have configured, and re-runs the task — carrying the recent conversation into the fresh session so the new one is not starting blind.

Does it work offline?

The licence is verified locally with an offline signature, so the app opens on a plane. Anything that genuinely needs the network — a hosted model, live TV — needs the network.

Windows only?

Windows-first and Windows-native today. That is a deliberate choice: it is built for Windows rather than ported to it, which is why it feels like a desktop app instead of a web page in a frame.

One machine. Every agent.
One layout you decided.

A Founder licence is one payment, and every future update is included. Each batch is priced lower than the next — the earliest buyers keep the lowest price permanently.
